Sealed bids will be received by the UCIA at its Administrative Offices located at 10 Elizabethtown Plaza, 5th Floor, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07202 on or before Tuesday, December 16th at 10:30 AM prevailing time, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
