On November 4, 2025, the Union County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) issued a Request for Bids (the “RFB”) soliciting Bids from qualified entities (“Bidder(s)”) for the DESERTED VILLAGE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT HOUSES 5, 10, & 11 in the Township of Berkeley Height, NJ (the “Township”). The property that is the subject of the RFB is located at Cataract Hollow Road, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
