PUBLIC NOTICE Union County Utilities Authority Notice of Request for Proposals

The Union County Utilities Authority (“UCUA”) is soliciting r Proposals (hereinafter “proposals”) from interested persons and/or vendors for the provision of the below-listed services. Through a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process, persons and/or vendors interested in assisting the UCUA with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Response in accordance with the procedures and schedule set forth in the applicable RFP. The UCUA will review proposals only from those persons and/or vendors that submit a timely Proposal containing all information required by the UCUA as set forth in the applicable RFP. The selection of qualified persons and/or firms is not subject to the bidding provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., but is to be guided by the “New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play” Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
