ORDER DATED APRIL 16, 2021 APPOINTING SPECIAL MASTER TO SELL REAL PROPERTY ENTERED IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION, UNION COUNTY UNDER DOCKET NO. F-009699-20 – 8 TALMADGE DRIVE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ROUTE 22 PROPERTY ASSOCIATES LLC, A NEW JERSEY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, PAUL DREJAJ AND PAUL DREJAJ DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION are the Defendants (the “Order”).
