Ordinance Summary: This ordinance amends and supplements Chapter 3, Police Regulations, of the Code of the City of Summit, by adding new section 3-19 entitled “Camping on Public Property” to clarify the purpose of the previously proposed versions of section 3-19 and prevent any penalization of involuntary homelessness.
