Notice is hereby given that the Township of Springfield will receive proposals on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at 10 a.m. for provision of the following services, for the period JANUARY 1, 2026 through DECEMBER 31, 2026 to be received in the Office of the Township Clerk, Springfield Municipal Building, 100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, NJ, for:

LABOR COUNSEL SERVICES

Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 to expand the pool of qualified vendors for the above described services and time period. Requests for Qualifications may be obtained on the Township website www.springfield-nj.us or at the office described above, during normal business hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., beginning on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Questions should be directed to Township Clerk, Linda Donnelly at 973-912-2201.
