Take notice that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Summit will conduct a public hearing at the Summit City Hall, located at 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, N.J. 07901 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be called on November 10, 2025, which may be continued on such dates thereafter as may be necessary in the judgment of the Board to complete the hearings and deliberations on an application for development by Stephanie and Richard Gelband regarding permission to improve their property known as 45 Prospect Hill Avenue, Summit, New Jersey, designated on the Tax Maps of the City of Summit as Block 3501, Lot 28.
