Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of South Orange Village, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, at Village Hall, 76 South Orange Avenue, Third Floor, South Orange, New Jersey 07079, on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 10:00 am prevailing time or shortly thereafter, and at that time and place publicly opened and read for the Renovation, Repair and Improvement of the Baird Community Center in South Orange, NJ. No proposals will be received prior to the time and date referenced above. The Township of South Orange Village reserves the right to delete sections of the work from the Contract after the award of the bid has been made due to funding or other reasons.
