SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

The Planning Board of the South Orange Village at its September 9, 2025 regular meeting approved a Resolution of Memorialization for the following application: Case No. 306 – Applicant: 185 Church Street Development, LLC: Premises Affected: 185 Church Street; Granting approval for Preliminary and Final Site Plan with Redevelopment Plan Deviation and Design Waivers at 171-175, 181 and 185-189 Church Street also known as Block 2301, Lots 21, 42, 43 and 44 on the Tax Map of South Orange Village. The existing properties include light industrial uses, including a landscaping service and accessory storage and office. The Applicant proposes to remove all existing site improvements and construct 23 townhouses in six buildings served by a common driveway and two multi-family access courts, parking and other improvements.
