Notice of Public Hearing And Public Comment Period Irvington Housing Authority

The Irvington Housing Authority will hold a public comment hearing on the Authority’s 5-Year Public Housing Plan, PHA Annual Plan and 5-Year Capital Action Plan on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The hearing will take place at the Community Center, located at 624 Nye Avenue, Irvington New Jersey. 07111. The purpose of the hearing is to provide members of the community with an opportunity to provide comments and feedback on the proposed 5-Year Public Housing Plan, PHA Annual Plan and 5-Year Capital Action Plan . The plans include updates to policies, procedures and capital fund priorities for the operation and management of public housing within the Township of Irvington jurisdiction. The public comment period begins on November 21, 2025, at 5 PM and ends on January 9, 2026, at 5 PM. All members of the community are encouraged to attend the public hearing on January 7th and provide comments.
