NOTICE OF HEARING GLEN RIDGE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that LISA ZHAN-MONIGAN owners of property located at 32 CLARIDGE COURT, filed an application to the Glen Ridge Board of Adjustment to construct a 1-story rear home addition. The property is in the R-1-85 Zone under the Glen Ridge Zoning Ordinance and is designated as Lot 4 in Block 148 on the Glen Ridge Borough Tax Maps. A variance is requested from Glen Ridge Code Section 17.20.021H – Building Area (Maximum) where the maximum allowable building coverage is 20%, and the proposed coverage is 22.4%. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any persons affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the meeting held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 825 Bloomfield Avenue, Glen Ridge, New Jersey. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the office of the Secretary of the Board, 825 Bloomfield Avenue, Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
