ORDINANCE NO. 1828 AN ORDINANCE TO RESCIND AND REPLACE CHAPTER 13.24 ENTITLED “STORMWATER MANAGEMENT”

This ordinance replaces the existing Stormwater Regulations to meet NJDEP's requirements for ordinances in municipalities that require an MS4 permit. This ordinance adopts NJAC 7:8 by reference so it stays updated as NJDEP requirements change. The foregoing ordinance was introduced by the Mayor and Council at a meeting held on October 27, 2025. This Ordinance was adopted on final reading and public hearing that will be held at a meeting on November 10, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the Glen Ridge Council Chambers located at 825 Bloomfield Avenue, 2nd Floor, Glen Ridge, New Jersey. The foregoing ordinance was introduced by the Mayor and Council at a meeting held on November 10, 2025. This Ordinance will be considered for adoption on final reading and public hearing will be held at a meeting on November 24, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the Glen Ridge Council Chambers located at 825 Bloomfield Avenue, 2nd Floor, Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
