PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that 78-90 BROUGHTON AVE LLC (the “Applicant”), owner of property located at 78-80 Broughton Avenue, Bloomfield, New Jersey (the “Property”), has filed an application with the Bloomfield Planning Board for preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a garage/storage shed in the rear of the Property. The Bloomfield Housing Agency invites the public to review and comment on its proposed changes to its 2025 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan. The 45- day public review and comment period will run from July 31, 2025, through Saturday, September 13, 2025.
