BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations governing the Community Block Grant (CDBG) Program the Township of Bloomfield hereby notifies the public of its intent to make the 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) available for review. Citizens of Bloomfield are invited to review the CAPER, which is the Township of Bloomfield's Department of Community Development’s annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, Newark Office, Region II. A hard copy can be obtained at the office of the Township of Bloomfield Department of Community Development, One Municipal Plaza, Room 200, Bloomfield, New Jersey weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5.00 PM prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development on or about August 31, 2017. Citizens of Bloomfield are also invited to attend a public hearing on August 17, 2017 at 5:30 PM at the Township of Bloomfield Municipal Building, One Municipal Plaza, Room 200, Bloomfield, New Jersey. This hearing will afford citizens the opportunity to comment and review the programs’ administered by the Township of Bloomfield Department of Community Development and the outcomes of the activities funded prior to the submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
