Legal Notice of Intent to Appear Before the Bloomfield Zoning Board of Adjustment

An application requesting development approval has been filed by Owner Jamie Martinez, 42 Ridge Avenue Bloomfield NJ 07003, Block 724, Lot 25 Description of the work to be done: 1. The shed, approximately 12 feet in width by 11 feet in depth, for an area of 132 square feet. 2. The shed 10 ft exceed the maximum permitted height of 8 ft 3. Shed rear yard setback of 1.0 feet, and a side yard setback of 4.1 feet.
